- Customers must report the issue within 7 days of receiving their order.
- The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish without any cuts or edits.
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong product.
- Once your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or suitable solution.
